On the other hand, I didn´t mentioned that an agile coach cannot be an authority. This is putting him/her out of the system.
But, he/se is leading the transformation towards the defined agile model.
This is also an experience-based outcome: if a tiers is in charge with the transformation, your role becomes redundant.
