AO is a model helping you to design and coach your transformation of any kind. Starting is key.
Alignment is a bottom-up emergent process: collect individual thoughts, and ideas first. And then build on top of each one's ideas until you have a common ground. This is a three steps approach.
The data from the previous activity helped to identify objectives and key results. Diving deeper into the previous data and giving a key for sorting, helps to identify what really matters.
Having now objectives and key results, you can ask what is the main objective at the end of the year and then retro plan until tomorrow.
Now you have a roadmap but you are still not done. Identify the context. Context initiates dependencies and will help you to improve your initial plan.
